10 GAME SEASON
(if we get weather setbacks we may have to switch to an 8-GAME SEASON)

This season will start as follows:

ON ~ June 17 ... TUES ~ June 18 ... WED ~ June 19
THUR ~ June 20 ... FRI ~ July 5 (8-games) ... SUN ~ June 30 (8-games)
(these dates may change if we get weather setbacks, please check back for changes)

Registration closes on TUESDAY, JUNE 11

All teams (new & returning alike) must be signed up by this deadline to be considered.

MEN'S PLAY IS AVAILABLE:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday AM & PM
COED PLAY IS AVAILABLE:
Friday, Thursday & Sunday AFT
SENIOR MEN'S 50+ PLAY IS AVAILABLE:
Thursday
** ALL LEAGUE PLAY IS DURING EVENING HOURS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED **


 

NEW TEAMS - click here to sign your team up: Register now!... NEW TEAMS MUST PAY THE $100 GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT (GFD) BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION CAN BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE.  Your GFD payment will be applied to your full Registration Fee for the season.

 

RETURNING TEAMS - please LOGIN using your User Name & Password to ACTIVATE your team for the new season.  Please do not create a NEW team or you will be required to pay the NEW team fees "BUMPING RIGHTS" may be granted to Returning teams ONLY DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS THAT REGISTRATION IS OPEN - this ends on JUNE 1. A team must be in good standing (no history of forfeits, drops, unpaid fees, or on-field incidents), have played in 1 of the past 2 seasons, AND have paid the $100 deposit UP FRONT to be considered for bumping rights).  After this deadline passes, all bumping rights are VOID. 

ALL TEAMS:  Please be sure to read the REGISTRATION POLICIES page for full registration procedures and team acceptance polices.  After registering you will receive a "WELCOME" email, please read this carefully.  If you do not receive this email, please check your Junk/Spam folders in case it landed in there ... please also double check the MANAGER'S EMAIL you provided when registering is correct.  MLS will be in touch with each manager, as needed, to communicate any information that may be missing to complete your registration.  If you do not hear from us, your registration is COMPLETE, and you will see your team listed on the game schedules online, once posted.


 

FIRST WEEK GAME SCHEDULES:  First week schedules will be posted online within 48 hrs after the Resgistration Deadline passes.  Managers are required to check online for their assignments.

 

FIRST WEEK BYE REQUESTS or TEAM NAME CHANGES: These requests must be received by the Registration Deadline (send an email to customerservice.ie@mlsoftball.com & be sure to list your TEAM NAME + CITY).  Requests sent in after this deadline will not be considered.

 

TEAM REGISTRATION FEES:

NEW TEAMS:

8 GAME SEASON =  $390.00* (eve leagues) / $365* (sun am/aft + senior leagues)
10 GAME SEASON = $450.00* (eve leagues) / $425* (sun am/aft + senior leagues)
(includes a one-time $35 non-refundable Online Sign-up Fee)
Your $100 GFD deposit must be received by the Registration Deadline for your team to be placed onto a schedule. Your GFD payment will be applied to your Registration Fee for the season.


RETURNING TEAMS:

8 GAME SEASON =  $355.00* (eve leagues) / $330* (sun am/aft + senior leagues)
10 GAME SEASON = $415.00* (eve leagues) / $390* (sun am/aft + senior leagues)


  • ALL TEAMS: your Registration Fees DO NOT include Officials Fees which are $30.00 per team/per game, payable BEFORE each game (cash only).

NON-RESIDENT FEES:  + There will be an additional $13 NON-RESIDENT fee incurred for each "non-resident" player on your roster - these fees must be paid by the 5th WEEK of the season.  Players must be able to show a photo ID that shows their residence is located in Rancho Cucamonga to waive this.  TEAMS SPONSORED BY A RANCHO BUSINESS, your sponsor must pay the Registration Fees in full via a check to waive these fees.  If this is paid by any other method, the non-resident fees will still be incurred by any/all players who cannot proove residency.

 

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Registration Fees may be paid as follows ...
(1) ELECTRONICALLY by LOGGING in 24/7 and selecting the MAKE A PAYMENT option.  This allows you to pay with any debit/credit card.
(2) ON THE FIELD via Cash, Money Order, or Personal Check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT POST DATED CHECKS!

LATE FEES & RETURNED CHECK FEES: Registration fees must be paid IN FULL by the 3rd week of play for 10-game seasons OR by the 2nd week of play for 8-game seasons. If late, a $50.00 late fee will be added to your balance and payment options will be limited to ELECTRONIC or CASH on the field. Personal checks will be subject to a $50.00 NSF Returned Check Fee and no further checks will be accepted.
