NEW TEAMS - click here to sign your team up: Register now!... NEW TEAMS MUST PAY THE $100 GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT (GFD) BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION CAN BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE. Your GFD payment will be applied to your full Registration Fee for the season.
RETURNING TEAMS - please LOGIN using your User Name & Password to ACTIVATE your team for the new season. Please do not create a NEW team or you will be required to pay the NEW team fees. "BUMPING RIGHTS" may be granted to Returning teams ONLY DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS THAT REGISTRATION IS OPEN - this ends on NOVEMBER 22. A team must be in good standing (no history of forfeits, drops, unpaid fees, or on-field incidents), have played in 1 of the past 2 seasons, AND have paid the $100 deposit UP FRONT to be considered for bumping rights). After this deadline passes, all bumping rights are VOID. LOGIN HERE
ALL TEAMS: Please be sure to read the REGISTRATION POLICIES page for full registration procedures and team acceptance polices. After registering you will receive a "WELCOME" email, please read this carefully. If you do not receive this email, please check your Junk/Spam folders in case it landed in there ... please also double check the MANAGER'S EMAIL you provided when registering is correct. MLS will be in touch with each manager, as needed, to communicate any information that may be missing to complete your registration. If you do not hear from us, your registration is COMPLETE, and you will see your team listed on the game schedules online, once posted.
FIRST WEEK GAME SCHEDULES: First week schedules will be posted online within 48 hrs after the Resgistration Deadline passes. Managers are required to check online for their assignments.
FIRST WEEK BYE REQUESTS or TEAM NAME CHANGES: These requests must be received by the Registration Deadline (send an email to Customer Service & be sure to list your TEAM NAME + CITY). Requests sent in after this deadline will not be considered.
