Riverside Softball Team Registration

Instructions (Please read carefully):

Complete each of the following five parts to Register your team. Registering a team here is a commitment to playing in the upcoming season. If you do not have a committed team locked down, please EXIT NOW, and return once you have a team set. A couple things to point out:

RANK TEAM: please click on the Self Rating Descriptions to understand what the different divisions mean. Should you choose a rank that does not match up with the performance we see on the field, we will move you at our discretion.
TEAM NAME: please keep your name PG rated – no crude or offensive words (in any language) and keep your name to 20 letters or less. Please also do not use any “punctuation” in your team’s name.
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT: the I AGREE box must be checked.
TEAM ROSTER: you must provide a uniform number, first and last name, and the sex of each player on the Roster. The uniform # is for our purposes only, physical unforms are not actually required on the field, nor does this # have to match the # you may choose to wear on the field. You must provide a minimum of 8 players and you may not exceed 20; you may add to your roster at a later time anytime up until the 3rd week of the season.
