ADULT HARDBALL REGISTRATION


This season will start as follows:
SUNDAY ~ JUNE 23
(this date may change if we get weather setbacks, please check back for changes)

•  15 GAME SEASON + PLAYOFFS
•  Registration closes on THURSDAY, JUNE 6
All teams (new & returning alike) must be signed up by this deadline to be considered.

RETURNING TEAMS - please LOGIN using your User Name & Password to ACTIVATE your team for the new season.  "BUMPING RIGHTS" may be granted to Returning teams ONLY DURING THE FIRST 30 DAYS THAT REGISTRATION IS OPEN - this ends on MAY 9. A team must be in good standing (no history of forfeits, drops, unpaid fees, or on-field incidents), have played in 1 of the past 2 seasons, have an active $190 FOFEIT BOND on file, AND have paid the $300 deposit UP FRONT to be considered for bumping rights.  After this deadline passes, all bumping rights are VOID. 

ALL TEAMS:  Must pay the $300 NON-REFUNDABLE GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT (GFD) before registration closes.  Your GFD payment will be applied to your full Registration Fee for the season.  In addition, all teams must have an active "Refundabale $190 Forfeit Bond" on file with MLS.  If both of these are not complete, we will not be able to accept your team's registation this season.

Please be sure to read the REGISTRATION POLICIES page for full registration procedures and team acceptance polices.  After registering you will receive a "WELCOME" email, please read this carefully.  If you do not receive this email, please check your Junk/Spam folders in case it landed in there ... please also double check the MANAGER'S EMAIL you provided when registering is correct.  MLS will be in touch with each manager, as needed, to communicate any information that may be missing to complete your registration.  If you do not hear from us, your registration is COMPLETE, and you will see your team listed on the game schedules online, once posted.


 

FIRST WEEK GAME SCHEDULES:  First week schedules will be posted online within 48 hrs after the Resgistration Deadline passes.  Managers are required to check online for their assignments.

 

FIRST WEEK BYE REQUESTS or TEAM NAME CHANGES: These requests must be received by the Registration Deadline (send an email to Customer Service & be sure to list your TEAM NAME + CITY).  Requests sent in after this deadline will not be considered.

 

TEAM REGISTRATION FEES:

15 GAME SEASON = $800.00*
A $300 GFD deposit must be received + an active $190 Forfeit Bond must be on file by the Registration Deadline for your team to be placed onto a schedule. Your $300 GFD payment will be applied to your Registration Fee for the season.


  • ALL TEAMS: your Registration Fees DO NOT include Officials Fees which are $95.00 2-MAN or $65.00 1-MAN per team/per game, payable BEFORE each game (cash only).

 

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Registration Fees may be paid as follows ...
(1) ELECTRONICALLY by LOGGING in 24/7 and selecting the MAKE A PAYMENT option.  This allows you to pay with any debit/credit card.
(2) ON THE FIELD via Cash, Money Order, or Personal Check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT POST DATED CHECKS!

LATE FEES & RETURNED CHECK FEES: Registration fees must be paid IN FULL by the 3rd week of play for 10-game seasons OR by the 2nd week of play for 8-game seasons. If late, a $50.00 late fee will be added to your balance and payment options will be limited to ELECTRONIC or CASH on the field. Personal checks will be subject to a $50.00 NSF Returned Check Fee and no further checks will be accepted.
